Transcripts of the Security Cabinet

The deliberations of the Ministerial Committee on Security (the Security Cabinet) are highly classified, with serious penalties for divulging their content. Indeed, the transcripts of the meetings were never leaked. Since the 50-year waiting period is now over, we’ve declassified and opened them. Here they are.
